My recent stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles - Glendale was a mixed experience. the location was perfect for exploring Glendale, with easy access to Americana at Brand and the Glendale Galleria. the staff was friendly and helpful, especially the front desk team. the second-story outdoor pool offered stunning panoramic views of LA, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. the free breakfast was a nice touch, with a variety of options to start the day off right. However, the room itself left much to be desired. the bed was uncomfortably hard, the lighting was poor, and there was no sitting area, making it difficult to relax in the room. the pricing was misleading, and we ended up paying much more than expected, putting a damper on our overall experience. Despite these setbacks, the Hampton Inn & Suites Los Angeles - Glendale has potential with its great location and amenities, but improvements in room comfort and pricing transparency are necessary for a truly enjoyable stay.
